1. Statement of Zero Tolerance
We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We do not permit content that sexualizes children in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), child sexual exploitation content, or any material that facilitates or promotes harm to children. We are committed to preventing, detecting, and removing such content from our platforms and services.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following content and conduct are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
- Content that sexualizes or exploits minors
- Grooming, solicitation, or trafficking of minors
- Content that promotes or facilitates child sexual exploitation
- Attempts to access, share, or distribute CSAM
- Any conduct that endangers the safety and well-being of children
3. Detection and Prevention
We employ industry-standard and evolving technologies to detect, prevent, and remove CSAE content. Our approach includes: proactive content scanning and hash-matching against known CSAM databases; human review by trained specialists; and user reporting mechanisms. We continuously invest in improving our detection capabilities and stay aligned with industry best practices and emerging standards.
4. Reporting and Response
We take all reports of CSAE content seriously. If you become aware of such content on our platform, please report it immediately through our designated reporting channels. We will investigate all reports promptly and take appropriate action, including removal of content, suspension or termination of accounts, and referral to relevant authorities. We do not tolerate retaliation against good-faith reporters.
5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, and industry bodies in the fight against CSAE. This includes responding to legal requests, preserving evidence, and providing information when legally required. We also contribute to industry initiatives such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and other relevant reporting mechanisms.
6. Transparency and Accountability
We are committed to transparency in our efforts to combat CSAE. We publish periodic reports on our enforcement actions, detection metrics, and improvements to our policies and systems, where appropriate and consistent with legal and safety considerations. We participate in industry collaborations and standards-setting efforts to strengthen protections across the ecosystem.
7. Governance and Oversight
Responsibility for CSAE prevention and response is assigned at the highest levels of our organization. We maintain clear internal policies, training programs for relevant staff, and escalation procedures to ensure consistent and effective enforcement. We regularly review and update our standards in alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
8. Industry Alignment
Our standards align with recognized frameworks and initiatives, including but not limited to: the Technology Coalition's Principles and the Project Protect initiative; the Voluntary Principles to Counter Online Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse; and applicable national and international laws and regulations governing the protection of children from sexual abuse and exploitation.
